Adam has over 14 years’ experience in the wine industry. Starting in 2000 as a cellar-hand during vintage, he loved the industry so much he never left. Working in a variety of winery’s ranging from being cellar manager in a 12,000 tonne fully automated winery to 5 years in a 120 tonne facility as winery manager, where everything was done by hand.
Once started in the industry I undertook any & all training I could from basic food handling training (cert 4) to HACCP & Safety management. Through this training I have a thorough understanding of quality and safety practices which I now use at VA Filtration/Memstar.
