1.3 Full Scale

Systems available for custom manufacture from 200 to 500 gal/hr of permeate. They can be designed with any level of automation required. Many options on resin columns that can be integrated with the systems.

2. Taint removal (incl. Brett (4EP), Smoke, Eucalyptol, DES)

Nanofiltration based equipment for purposes of taint removal – can also be equipped to include VA reduction, tartaric stabilization, wine concentration and pH Correction

Same equipment as above, but second stage column differs and can be supplied on an as needed basis.

3. pH Correction

Ultrafiltration or resin based equipment for purposes of lowering the pH of wine without the addition of acid – can also be equipped to include VA reduction, tartaric stabilization, wine concentration and taint removal.

The equipment supplied is similar in size to the machinery listed under VA Reduction equipment. The second stage treatment system changes though.

4. Crossflow

Membrane based crossflow equipment for purposes of filtering finished wine. Equipment available from 200 gal/hr to 1000 gal/hr in manual or semi auto configurations.

All equipment utilizes spiral wound membrane elements that are both robust and fairly inexpensive to replace. Systems are designed with simplicity in mind and will limit wine losses as much as possible.

All systems are designed and manufactured in the USA.

5. Tartaric Stabilization

Ultrafiltration based equipment for purposes of stabilizing wine instantly without the need for tank chilling or chemical addition. Equipment can also be configured for pH Correction, VA reduction, taint removal and wine concentration

6. Ion exchange columns – duty/stand-by with conductivity monitoring

Ion exchange equipment for purposes of tartaric stabilization of bulk wine simply and efficiently. Can be configured for duty/stand-by operation or once through.

8.3 Distillation

Vacuum indirect heating distillation columns for purposes of ethanol removal directly from wine. Includes aroma recovery column for initial removal of desirable volatile components
