On-Site Processing

• Lot sizes from 300-300 mil gallons
• Up to 30% reduction in 4EP per pass through our system
• We can run tank to tank or recirculation.
• 240V/480V, 3 phase, 20 amp power supply required
• Process water at 30 psi required for cleaning purposes
• Wine at minimum 50°F for successful removal of 4EP

Equipment Rental

For lot sizes less than 300 gallons or to run trials, we recommend renting the Sweetspotter system.  This is our self-operated system that performs the same removal as the full size systems but in a smaller package.

Prefer to own a machine?

VA Filtration has several models of equipment capable of removing Brett character.  These systems are not only capable of removing 4EP but other taints and compounds too.  Other removal options available with the purchase of a machine:

Do You Require a Short Term Lease?

VA Filtration can provide rental machinery on a month to month or year to year basis when large volumes are required to be processed.  We also offer long term rentals of our equipment for those that prefer not to purchase capital equipment.
