- Removal of CO2 from beverages
- Removal of dissolved oxygen
The basis of the technology is a hydrophobic membrane that removes dissolved gases through diffusion. The benefits of this technology on beverages are as follows:
- CO2 dissolves into solution immediately
- Liquid temperature not an issue with regard to precise addition of CO2
- Built-In CO2 analyzer monitors the level of CO2 in solution.
- Removal of O2 possible with addition of CO2
